أبو سعد النَّيْسَابُوري (476 - 548 هـ = </p><p> 83 - </p><p></p><p>53 م) محمد بن يحيى بن منصور، أبو سعد، محيي الدين النيسابورىّ: رئيس الشافعية بنيسابور في عصره. ولد في طريثيث (من نواحي نيسابور) وتفقه على الإمام الغزالي. ودرّس بنظامية نيسابور. وقتلته (الغز) لما استولوا على نيسابور في وقعتهم مع السلطان سنجر السلجوقي. من كتبه (المحيط في شرح الوسيط) و (الانتصاف في مسائل الخلاف) نقلا عن: الأعلام للزركلي

«Those who entered the city and the faith before them love those who flee unto them for refuge, and find in their breasts no need for that which hath been given them, but prefer (the fugitives) above themselves though poverty become their lot. And whoso is saved from his own avarice - such are they who are successful.»
