مدينة بالأندلس على مقربة من النهر الكبير, استولى عليها الإسبان سنة 609هـ بعد وقعة العقاب. اختطها عبد الرحمن بن الحكم بن هشام بن عبد الرحمن بن معاوية بن هشام بن عبد الملك بن مروان. وتممها ابنه محمد بن عبد الرحمن.
