من أنواع البيوع بيع الأصول والثمار، وهو بيع الأرض دون الشجر أو العكس، ومن أنواع البيع بيع السلم وهو رخصة لفقده بعض الشروط، وهي من البيوع التي ضبط الشرع أحكامها كما بين الفقهاء ذلك.
